For some reason this had become our regular take out place. This is a very casual place, very simple without any frills. It gives an authentic Asian vibe. We usually order pho and some rice dishes. The pho is very flavorful and the meat is ok, occasionally stringy. With the leftover broth and our own pho and meat we can often get 2-3 more meals out of it. The rice dishes are ok, a bit mid to be honest. The times we eat there the service is fast and quick. The servers are efficient. I give it 3.5 stars round up to 4. I had just reviewed Square Lotus before this. I feel that the pho here is better tasting. But these are two different types of restaurants. Pho Ever is basically like a Vietnamese diner, no frills, whereas Square Lotus is a regular sit down restaurant. I can go to PE in flip flops all day but I would need to dress better to go to SL.

Prompt quick easy service! And, there is FREE PARKING. A total boon when in Seattle. Our dishes were large and shareable - with flavor. Obviously the Pho is the best option but in general, doesn't seem you'll go wrong with any dish choice.

Pho Ever is a casual and modern Vietnamese restaurant in Bellevue, right next to a salon. Their blue and green fonts for the restaurant sign can be seen from far away. Going inside, it has a bit of a sports bar feel and yes indeed strong Seahawk vibes here. Go Hawks! The food here is legit, especially the grilled meat dishes for rice plates or rice noodles (bun). Chicken breast comes in a while piece and was super moist and flavorful. Lemongrass grilled pork were presented on skewers. This way you get nice smoky, seared flavors and the meat cooks more evenly without drying out I think. We usually stay in Bellevue when visiting Seattle, so we will definitely bookmark Pho Ever. They do have excellent Vietnamese places near Seattle Chinatown but the parking is harder and neighborhoods have gotten a bit sketchy over the years.

I've been wanting to try this Vietnamese restaurant and it BLEW my expectations. I had their beef short ribs rice dish with an egg roll and three prawns. The portioning was great! A lot of meat and the beef was so tender, juicy, and flavorful! I always say that a legit Vietnamese restaurant has broken rice, and this place indeed has it! The menu looked great. I can't wait to try other dishes, including their pho and bun bo hue. The service was good. Our server was attentive and helpful. The food didn't take long to make. The pricing of their food is reasonable as well! I enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. It was nice and relaxing. A good place to enjoy your meal in comfort. I'll definitely be coming back here!
